Makes: About 1 quart (6 servings) Serving size: About ⅔ cup
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup GoodShoog™
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Churn in an ice-cream freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions. An open-top ice cream freezer that uses a pre-frozen drum works well with this recipe because it allows you to drizzle in melted chocolate during the end of the churning process.
Variations
Mint Chip: Add 12 drops of pure peppermint oil. Near the end of churning, slowly drizzle in 2 tablespoons melted sugar-free chocolate chips (do not omit the vanilla). Trader Joe's sells chocolate ships that are sweetened with Allulose.
Chocolate Peanut Butter: Add ⅔ cup peanut butter before churning, then add the chocolate drizzle as described above. Make this your own by creating any flavor or flavor combinations your imagination desires.
Chocolate Frosty: Add ¼ cup cocoa to the mix before churning.
